provide storage services as Storage Service Providers to other Users. While Ready Racks
strives to enhance your travel experience through its Platform, it does not control the action of Storage Service Providers, Travelers, or other Users, and hereby disclaims any liability in this regard. Users are advised to thoroughly review all necessary details with their respective Storage Service Providers and other Users before making any bookings, as the use of anystorage services ("Storage Services") via Ready Racks's Platform is entirely at the User's own risk.
Ready Racks is not a party to any agreements made between Storage Service Providers and
Travelers under any circumstances. Ready Racks solely serves as the provider of the online
platform facilitating interactions between Users. Users bear the sole responsibility for
complying with all laws, regulations (including tax regulations and luggage storage regulations), or any other obligations related to the Storage Services.

If the Traveler fails to pick up or receive their luggage promptly or if their circumstances
prevent timely collection, the Storage Provider is responsible for looking after the item until
the delay is resolved, at the Traveler's expense. If storing the luggage becomes burdensome or
costly for the Storage Provider, or if the Traveler does not retrieve it within a reasonable
timeframe after being requested to do so, the Storage Provider has the right to sell the luggage
on behalf of the Traveler. Prior to the sale, the Storage Provider must notify the Traveler as
early as possible. If the item is sold through an auction or another means, the Traveler cannot
dispute the sale price. If a sale is unfeasible, or if the expenses exceed the potential sale price,
the Storage Provider can dispose of the item. In cases where the Traveler's delay leads to
additional storage expenses or other increased costs, the Storage Provider is entitled to seek
compensation and retain the item as security
